CPNP Notification is the final mandatory step before your cosmetic product can legally be placed on the EU market.
The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is an EU-wide system where all cosmetic products must be registered before being placed on the market (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, Article 13).
Our CPNP Notification service handles the entire submission process on your behalf, ensuring your product information is complete, accurate, and compliant with EU requirements. This avoids delays, fines, or potential market access issues.
