The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) is the EU system where your cosmetic product must be officially registered before being sold in the EU, as required by Article 13. In short: the CPSR proves safety, while the CPNP notification registers the product with EU authorities. Both are necessary for legal market access. |
